Live Long & Strong is an 'On Your Feet' physical fitness program designed for active participants ages 55+. Low impact, moderately paced aerobic/cardio exercises paired with light strength training all set to music of bygone eras. No experience necessary! Do what you can and take breaks when you need them. The only expectation is the one you set for yourself!
Alexis specializes in working with people who live with compromised health and/or mobility. She offers a number of weekly group fitness programs in the Seacoast (NH) area including Chair-Based Fitness, 'On Your Feet' Senior Fitness, Kickboxing and Strength Training. Alexis is also the host of the Priority One Fitness TV show on PPMtv, channel 98 in Portsmouth, NH.
